The challenges in the Safe Driving School project have been to communicate a new concept as a digital driving school for the market. In order to successfully drive conversions to the customer, an understanding and an interest in the company's offer is required. Therefore, we have used several different digital channels to be able to reach potential decision makers and lead them to a conversion.
Identify decision makers and market
Our ads have mainly been aimed at decision-makers, which in this case are often parents and young people who are about to get a driver's license. Our channel choice has been both brand-building and driven by demand. A clear geographic segmentation has been crucial to ensure profitability and results before we expand the ads.
Fast-paced and responsive team
Working with a startup like Safe Trafikskola, which is also launching a completely new method of obtaining a driver's license, is very exciting. It requires a team that can act quickly and be responsive in order to adapt the strategy to changes both within the company and in the market. The key to this has been our close collaboration with the founders and the marketing team.
