Track the customer journey
One of the challenges in the work with the District Dental Service was to clearly report how each clinic performed digitally and what worked in each location. Measuring the customer journey from the time a potential customer discovers an advertisement to the time they choose to book an appointment with the District Dental Service is not always easy. But by working data-driven and using attribution models across different channels, we have been able to gain valuable insights to shape future work in the field.
Optimization of messages
An important part of our work has been optimizing conversions on the District Dental Service's website. District dental care has a broad customer base with different age groups, which requires a well-thought-out conversion strategy with a focus on clarity and user-friendliness.
New investors
At the end of our collaboration, District Dental Care was sold to an ambitious venture capital company. Our hope is of course that the company, with new investors and additional resources, will be able to continue its digital success journey.
